Lichen planus (LP) is a chronic lichenoid inflammatory disorder of the skin, mucosa and appendages. LP classically characterized by presence rich infiltration T cells, which migrate in upper part dermis, arranged band-like pattern. Different sub types disease have been so far described. Albeit clinically well defined, still represents therapeutic enigma.
